Jeon Do Yeon Belatedly Revealed To Have Suffered Head Injury On Set Of New Film

Jeon Do Yeon has suffered an injury on the set of her upcoming film “Gil Bok Soon” (literal title).

On April 7, there were reports that the actress had previously suffered a head injury that required numerous stitches while on the set of “Gil Bok Soon.” Although the incident had led to a halt in filming, it was reported that Jeon Do Yeon had returned to set two days prior.

In response, Jeon Do Yeon’s agency Management SOOP revealed, “Along with receiving emergency treatment on set, actress Jeon Do Yeon went to the hospital right after the accident and received treatment and a detailed diagnosis. There have been no abnormal findings.”

They added, “We’ve adjusted the filming schedule for the actress’s mental and physical stability. We apologize for causing concern.”

Jeon Do Yeon is currently filming “Gil Bok Soon” with Sol Kyung Gu, Esom, and Goo Kyo Hwan. The action film is about the hitman industry’s legendary killer Gil Bok Soon as she gets swept up in an inevitable confrontation in which she has no choice but to kill or be killed right before she’s scheduled to renew her contract with the company.
