Former APRIL Member Yena Parts Ways With DSP Media

Former APRIL member Yena has parted ways with her longtime agency DSP Media.

On April 8, DSP Media officially announced that its exclusive contract with Yena had come to an end the day before.

The agency’s full statement is as follows:

Hello, this is DSP Media.

For the past several months, our agency has spent time with our artist Yang Yena carefully discussing her future activities.

After long discussion, we have mutually agreed that our agency’s exclusive contract with Yang Yena will end on April 7, 2022.

We would like to thank both Yang Yena, who has promoted as a member of APRIL starting from 2015, and all of the fans who have cared for Yang Yena.

Thank you.

After debuting in 2015, APRIL officially disbanded in January of this year.

Meanwhile, DSP Media was recently acquired by RBW, the agency known for artists like MAMAMOO, ONEUS, ONEWE, and PURPLE KISS.
