Former gugudan Member Soyee Signs With New Agency As Actress + Changes Stage Name

Former gugudan member Soyee has signed with a new agency to make a fresh start as an actress!

Soyee, who will now go by her birth name Jang So Jin, recently signed an official contract with Noah Entertainment as an actress.

She commented, “It’s such an honor to work with Noah Entertainment. I sincerely thank CEO Kwon Min Chul for believing in me and reaching out. Also, I will repay fans who have waited a long time for me with active promotions. Please give me lots of attention and support in the future as well.”

CEO Kwon Min Chul shared, “It’s an honor to work with a good artist like Jang So Jin, who doesn’t just have a pure and elegant image, but also has unlimited potential. We plan to actively support her so that she may promote in a variety of ways, from music, with her outstanding vocal talent, to broadcasts and acting, so please look forward to it lots.”

Jang So Jin made her debut in 2016 as a member of gugudan and left the group’s agency Jellyfish Entertainment in March 2021.
