"Music Bank" Announces It Will Be Welcoming Back Live Studio Audiences In May
KBS’s “Music Bank” is reopening its doors to live audiences!
On April 21, “Music Bank” officially announced that after over two years, it would be reinstating live studio audiences during filming.
“Starting on May 6, 2022, ‘Music Bank’ will be returning to filming with a live audience,” stated the music show’s production team. “You can apply to be a member of the May 6 audience starting on April 28 at 9 a.m.”
Back in January 2020, “Music Bank” shut its doors to studio audiences due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has been filming without a live audience ever since. However, with South Korea lifting almost all of its COVID-19 restrictions on April 18, the program is now welcoming back the live audiences that used to be a fundamental part of the show.
