MONSTA X Tops iTunes Charts All Over The World With "SHAPE Of LOVE"
MONSTA X’s latest comeback is off to a promising start!
On April 26 at 6 p.m. KST, the group returned with their new mini album “SHAPE of LOVE” along with the music video for the title track “LOVE.”
According to Hanteo Chart, “SHAPE of LOVE” topped the daily album charts on April 26 and realtime charts as of 3 p.m. KST on April 27.
Not only that, the album also topped both the Worldwide iTunes Album charts and European iTunes Album charts. It already hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 15 different regions, including Brazil, Cambodia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Norway, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. It placed No. 2 in the United States and entered the top 10 in 14 countries.
In addition, the title song “LOVE” ranked first in seven countries, including Bolivia, Egypt, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mongolia, Norway, and Panama, and it was in the upper ranks of six countries, including Argentina and Brazil.
The other tracks on their album have successfully entered the global charts as well. Their songs “AND,” “I Love You” (literal translation), “Wildfire,” “Breathe,” “Burning Up,” and “Love” ranked No. 1 to No. 6 on iTunes Top K-Pop Songs charts in Belgium and Austria.
