Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon is back with new music!

On May 16 at 6 p.m. KST, Hyoyeon released her first solo mini album “DEEP” along with the music video for the title track of the same name.

“DEEP” is an EDM dance song with electronic sounds and a dynamic bass line. The title “DEEP” refers to the idea of falling deeper for Hyoyeon, and the lyrics wittily compare the thrilling feelings of falling more deeply for one another to a predator’s hunt for its prey.

It’s official: Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon is making her long-awaited solo comeback this month!

On May 2 at midnight KST, Hyoyeon officially announced that she would be returning with her first solo mini album “DEEP.”

The singer also released a striking new teaser for the mini album, which is due out on May 16 at 6 p.m. KST.
