Kim Byung Man's Mother Passes Away
Kim Byung Man’s mother has passed away.
On May 3, a representative of Buan Coast Guard stated that Kim Byung Man’s mother passed away on Haseom Island in Buan Country, North Jeolla Province from an accident that occurred from the high tide while gathering clams in the mudflat.
The Buan Coast Guard revealed that they received a report that people who were moving inland from the sea appeared to be in danger, so rescue teams were dispatched and rescued two people. The Coast Guard and 119 rescue teams worked together to search the sea, and the remaining person was discovered drifting nearby and transferred to the hospital, but she unfortunately passed away. The police is currently investigating the details of the accident.
A source from Kim Byung Man’s agency SM C&C stated, “Kim Byung Man’s mother passed away today.” They continued, “He is in a state of great sadness due to the sudden unfortunate news. The funeral will be held quietly. We ask for your consideration so that we can mourn the deceased.” The funeral will be held in Iksan city in North Jeolla Province.
