Im Soo Hyang, Sung Hoon, And More Are Stunned By The Mysterious Crime Scene In "Woori The Virgin"

SBS’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Woori the Virgin” gave a sneak peek of the upcoming episode!

A remake of the hit American show “Jane the Virgin” (which was itself based on a Venezuelan telenovela), “Woori the Virgin” tells the story of a woman named Oh Woo Ri who has been strictly maintaining her chastity before marriage but winds up pregnant after an accidental artificial insemination during a medical exam.

Im Soo Hyang stars as the titular Woo Ri, while Sung Hoon plays Raphael, the CEO of a large company and the biological father of Woo Ri’s child.

Previously, Oh Woo Ri ended up at a crossroads of choices after accidentally becoming pregnant with Raphael’s child. After much thought, she decided to give birth to the baby, and her boyfriend Lee Kang Jae (Shin Dong Wook) remained faithfully by her side and showed respect for her choice. They went to Raphael’s company to tell him the news when they coincidentally come across a gruesome scene of Noh Man Cheol (Kim Sun Woong) with a scalpel protruding from his neck.

Newly released stills show a glimpse of Raphael carefully holding Oh Woo Ri after she ended up fainting in his arms. On the other hand, Lee Kang Jae is next to Noh Man Cheol, and Raphael and Lee Kang Jae exchange complex eye contact, hinting an unusual atmosphere.

More stills show Oh Woo Ri, Lee Kang Jae, and Raphael outside the building. Lee Kang Jae is sharply focused on the investigation despite the curious people outside the police line. He is analyzing the scene with the face of a detective, but his girlfriend Oh Woo Ri is pale with fright. Raphael is listening to the story of the incident with a serious look on his face, and Lee Ma Ri’s( Hong Ji Yoon’s) face is tight with nervousness. What is the truth behind this case, and how will it be resolved?

More stills show Oh Woo Ri spying on Raphael, who is meeting with actress Choi Mi Ae (Yeon Min Ji). Oh Woo Ri really wants the baby to grow up in a perfect family, but she gets shocked when she hears rumors that Raphael, the biological father, is a big flirt.

In the photos, Oh Woo Ri senses something subtle going on between Raphael and Choi Mi Ae, the lead actress of the drama “Mask of Desire” that Oh Woo Ri is working as an assistant writer for, and starts to follow him. She spots them meeting in a hotel lobby, where he’s looking at a child with a bright smile. On the other hand, Choi Mi Ae watches him with a meaningful gaze, amplifying curiosity about their relationship. Oh Woo Ri, who is hiding behind a plant and keenly watching their every move, looks disappointed as if her prediction had been right.
