GOT7's Jinyoung Discusses His Attitude As An Actor And Thoughts On Resuming Group Activities
GOT7’s Jinyoung recently posed for Marie Claire magazine!
Jinyoung, who hasn’t had such short hair in a while, changed his appearance due to his role in his upcoming movie “Christmas Carol” (literal title). He posed with strong, mature charms, and he exuded completely different vibes from his usual warm and friendly atmosphere.
In the following interview, he talked about his filmography, which includes “Christmas Carol” and the drama “Yumi’s Cells 2,” which will be premiering this June. Concerning his attitude about acting, he remarked,”I was faithful to living every moment. Unlike before, I now have a sense of sovereignty about my craft of acting and my profession as an actor.”
On May 23, GOT7 released their self-titled EP along with the music video for the title track “NANANA.” This marks the group’s first official comeback with a new album since leaving JYP Entertainment last year.
When it was pointed out that it must have been awkward for him to start practicing dancing and singing again after focusing on his acting career, Jinyoung replied,”Rather, it’s difficult not to do what I’ve been doing for more than ten years, and I’ve been practicing alone steadily.”
At the end of the interview, Jinyoung expressed his unwavering affection for the stage, saying, “I wanted to dance.”
Jinyoung’s full interview and pictorial will be available in Marie Claire’s June issue!
