Watch: Song Kang Ho, Lee Byung Hun, Im Siwan, And More Experience An Unprecedented Plane Disaster In Eerie "Emergency Declaration" Trailer
Upcoming disaster film “Emergency Declaration” has finally unveiled its official trailer!
Directed by Han Jae Rim, “Emergency Declaration” stars Song Kang Ho, Jeon Do Yeon, Lee Byung Hun, Kim Nam Gil, Im Siwan, Kim So Jin, and Park Hae Joon in a story about the unprecedented calamities that arise when terrorist threats are made against an impending flight.
Song Kang Ho plays a detective who investigates the threats, Jeon Do Yeon a general, Lee Byung Hun a passenger and father with a phobia of airplanes, Kim Nam Gil the vice-captain of the airplane, Im Siwan a plane passenger, Kim So Jin a flight attendant, and Park Hae Joon the head of the government’s crisis management center.
The intense trailer begins inside a plane as someone threatens, “I’m gonna do an attack. I’m gonna attack a plane.” After some mysterious activity by Im Siwan in the airplane bathroom, unusual happenings start to arise to various passengers as they start falling ill.
While investigations of the threat proceed on land, Im Siwan calmly states, “I want all the people on this plane to die.” The situation on the plane continues to worsen but the pilots are told, “Due to a terrorist attack, your landing clearance has been denied. Until further notice, you’re not permitted to land anywhere,” throwing the aircraft into further chaos.

“Emergency Declaration” originally premiered at the 74th Cannes Film Festival in July 2021 where it was selected for the Out of Competition section. The film is scheduled for global release this August.
