"Missing: The Other Side" Confirms Returning Cast For Season 2 + Lee Jung Eun And Kim Dong Hwi To Join

“Missing: The Other Side” has confirmed the cast for season 2!

“Missing: The Other Side” is a mystery fantasy drama set in a village inhabited by the souls of people who went missing while they were alive. There, a group of people search for missing bodies and try to discover what happened to each of them.

Recently, the drama’s production team remarked, “We will be launching a second season of the drama ‘Missing: The Other Side’ that was loved by viewers. Go Soo, Heo Joon Ho, Ahn So Hee, and Ha Jun, who were the main actors of season 1, will be joined by Lee Jung Eun and Kim Dong Hwi to form a more solid lineup. We’re officially starting filming with the aim of [broadcasting] in the second half of this year.”

Go Soo will be returning as Kim Wook, a talented con artist who can talk his way out of anything, but chooses to use his skills for good. Heo Joon Ho will once again take on the role of Jang Pan Seok, the bridge between the outside world and the mysterious village. Ahn So Hee played brilliant civil servant Lee Jong Ah who leads a double life as a hacker by night in the first season, and she will once again showcase incredible teamwork with Go Soo. Ha Jun will reprise his role as Shin Joon Ho, a detective who graduated from the police academy at the top of his class.

Not only can viewers look forward to the four actors’ synergy, but they can also anticipate their chemistry with two new actors who will be joining the brand new season.

Lee Jung Eun has always impressed viewers with her brilliant acting skills, and she recently received a lot of love in her most recent drama “Our Blues.” In “Missing: The Other Side 2,” she will play Kang Eun Sil, a sea captain with 30 years of experience. She is now a resident of Industrial Complex 3, which is another village where dead spirits reside. Although she has a hearty laugh, she has a mysterious past.

Rising rookie actor Kim Dong Hwi will star as Oh Il Yong, who has been living in the industrial complex for three years. He struggles to find the truth of his death and track down his missing body. Kim Dong Hwi previously appeared in the drama “Stranger 2” and the movie “In Our Prime.”

The production team of “Missing: The Other Side 2” said, “We finished the casting for ‘Missing: The Other Side 2,’ and it will soon start filming amid viewers’ expectations. “Missing: The Other Side 2” is slated to premiere in the second half of 2022.
