BTOB's Minhyuk Congratulates Choi Yu Jin On Kep1er's Win With Adorable Throwback Photo

BTOB’s Minhyuk has adorably shown love for his Cube Entertainment junior, Kep1er’s Choi Yu Jin!

On July 1, Kep1er took their first win for their latest title track “Up!” on “Music Bank,” where BTOB’s Minhyuk also performed his new solo song “BOOM.”

Following the broadcast, Minhyuk took to his personal Twitter account to congratulate Kep1er’s Choi Yu Jin with a cute throwback photo. He shared in the tweet, “Congratulations Yu Jin!!!! It’s great to see you smiling so much! In the future too, I hope you only walk on a flower path.”

Minhyuk also tagged Kep1er and added an old photo with Choi Yu Jin, as well as a new photo of the pair recreating the throwback picture!

He also explained in a reply to his initial tweet, “This is an extreme growth version selfie. It’s a photo from 2011 but we’re both really babies.”

The 2011 photo is from when Minhyuk and Choi Yu Jin were both Cube Entertainment trainees. Minhyuk went on to debut with BTOB in 2012, while Choi Yu Jin debuted with CLC in 2015. In May, Cube announced that CLC had officially disbanded, but Choi Yu Jin is currently promoting with “Girls Planet 999” group Kep1er.
