TWICE's Nayeon Achieves 4th Highest 1st-Week Sales Of Any Female Soloist In Hanteo History With "IM NAYEON"

TWICE’s Nayeon‘s solo debut is off to an amazing start!

On June 24, Nayeon made her highly-anticipated solo debut with her first mini album “IM NAYEON” and its TikTok-viral title track “POP!”

In addition to becoming the first K-pop soloist (of any gender) to enter the top 10 of the Billboard 200, with “IM NAYEON” making a historic debut at No. 7 on this week’s chart, Nayeon recorded impressive first-week sales outside of the United States as well.

According to Hanteo Chart, “IM NAYEON” sold an impressive total of 252,903 copies in the first week of its release (June 24 to 30), making Nayeon only the fourth female soloist ever to surpass 200,000 sales in the first week of an album’s release.

“IM NAYEON” also achieved the fourth-highest first-week sales of any album by a female soloist in Hanteo history—bested only by BLACKPINK‘s Lisa‘s “LALISA,” BLACKPINK’s Rosé’s “R,” and IU‘s “LILAC.”
