LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha Talks About Debuting As A K-Pop Idol, A Positive Quality About Herself, And More
LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha joined Elle magazine for a pictorial and interview!
During the photo shoot, the idol showcased her charms as a ballerina who trained in the Nethlerlands before debuting as a member of LE SSERAFIM.
In the interview, Kazuha talked about debuting as a K-pop idol. She remarked, “I think it was the biggest challenge I made in my life. Before our debut, I struggled with Korean, but as we started our activities and I had more time to chat with the members, I was able to quickly improve.”
When asked about her strength, Kazuha replied, “I’m more ambitious than I look. To me, ‘ambitious’ is a positive thing. It allows me to think about dreams without adhering to realistic limitations.”
She mentioned her childhood bucket list, saying, “Some of the things I wrote that time were that I wanted to stand on the stage where I could hear people’s cheers and participate in a magazine photo shoot. I think I believed the saying about how if you truly believe you can fulfill something, it will really come true.”
Next, Kazuha reflected on her mature work ethic and shared, “It’s easy to get depressed if you only care about your skills or results. When I come to a standstill, I think about why I like what I do and why I’m doing it in the first place. I also enjoy the process itself.”
She wrapped up the interview by saying, “I’m thankful that many people are showing interest in us even though it’s only been two months since our debut. It seems like people are fascinated by the fact that I trained ballet abroad. In the future, I want to improve my skills and show a new side of me as a K-pop idol.”
LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha’s full interview and pictorial will be included in the August issue of Elle.
