9 Wooga Squad Moments That Had Us Feeling Giddy
Who doesn’t love the Wooga Squad? Seeing a group of mega-stars bonding and genuinely loving each other’s company is more than we could have asked for. Their different backgrounds, personalities, and ages, all seem to make the perfect concoction of bromance and loyalty. Here are nine moments from the Wooga Squad that had us feeling completely giddy with joy.
1. Photoshopping Park Hyung Sik into a group photo
There was a time where the members of the Wooga Squad took a trip to Jeju Island. Unfortunately, this was while Park Hyung Sik was in the military, and he was unable to be in the photo. To ensure that he didn’t feel left out, they photoshopped him into the photo. Everyone needs friends like this.
2. Everyone reuniting for Choi Woo Shik’s fan event
On July 5th, 2021, Choi Woo Shik held an online fan meeting called “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” It was only obvious that he would invite his best friends, and they showed up for the event. All of them revealed that they were busy with different events and filming schedules, but they still managed to make the effort to go to Woo Shik’s event.
During this fan meeting we also learned that Park Seo Joon used to drive Choi Woo Shik around everywhere because he didn’t drive. How cute!
3. The bromance on the set of “Hwarang”
Although all of the Wooga Squad was not in “Hwarang,” this is the series that started it all. When Park Hyung Sik and V got close to Park Seo Joon during the filming of this drama, they were eventually introduced to Park Seo Joon’s two best friends, Peakboy and Choi Woo Shik. The rest is history!
4. V going to “The Divine Fury” screening
When Park Seo Joon and Choi Woo Shik were in the movie “The Divine Fury” together, it was no surprise that V would attend the screening. He was a VIP guest, and the three even snapped a photo together after the screening!
5. When the Wooga Squad sent V a food truck
V was at the BTS “Magic Shop” muster event, and he snapped a very cute photo standing in front of the food truck that his hyungs got him. The hilarious photo of V making a funny face in the poster brought about a lot of laughter, but the highlight was definitely seeing the “from your brothers” message above the truck – the sweetness!
6. When they spent Christmas together
In 2019, Park Seo Joon uploaded a photo on his Instagram that forever left fans feeling happy and warm. Park Hyung Sik could not be in the photo as he was in the military, but they obviously missed him dearly!

7. Being in Peakboy’s music video
This is probably one of the most cutest Wooga Squad moments ever. When news broke out that the Wooga Squad would be featured in Peakboy’s music video for “Gyopo Hairstyle,” fans were so excited. Each of the members had a role in the music video, and it was such a delight to see them supporting Peakboy’s new song.

8. Agreeing to do “In The SOOP” for V
In the beginning episodes of “In The SOOP,” it was revealed that V was the one who encouraged the filming of the show. He wanted to take a vacation with them and show the fans a deeper look into their interaction and relationship, which fans excitingly accepted!
9. The bond that was shared in “In The SOOP”
Throughout the series, fans were able to truly see just how close the Wooga Squad is. Their respect and love for each other is unbreakable, and there is a constant support they have for each other, which is so touching to see. V even shed some tears, expressing how hard it has been this past year, to which his hyungs comforted him. This kind of group of friends is so hard to find, and I’m so thankful they have given us a firsthand view of their relationship!
