INFINITE's Kim Myung Soo Officially Discharged From The Military
INFINITE’s Kim Myung Soo is back from his military service!
Kim Myung Soo enlisted in the Marine Corps on February 22, 2021 after he shared a heartfelt video message to fans promising that he’ll return as a new version of himself as “Part 2.”
Following his discharge from the military, Kim Myung Soo took to his Instagram on August 22 to share, “While feeling and learning a lot of new things, I spent time in the Marines in good health. Thank you to everyone who waited. Part 2 begins.” The photo he uploaded features a certificate of award for being a model marine soldier as well as letters he received from his peers in the military.

Kim Myung Soo debuted in June 2010 under the name L in the group INFINITE. Although he departed from Woollim Entertainment in August 2019, he is still a member of the group. He previously starred in “Royal Secret Agent,” “Meow, the Secret Boy, “Angel’s Last Mission: Love,” and more, and he also shared his first solo single “Memory” ahead of his enlistment.
