BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom" Becomes Fastest 2022 K-Pop MV To Surpass 200 Million Views
BLACKPINK is continuing to set YouTube records with their pre-release single “Pink Venom”!
On August 27 at around 2:10 a.m. KST, BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” music video surpassed 200 million views on YouTube!
Overtaking PSY’s record with “That That,” BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” is now the fastest Korean music video in 2022 to reach 200 million views. As it’s only been a little over seven days and 13 hours since its initial release, “Pink Venom” is also BLACKPINK’s second fastest music video to reach this milestone after “How You Like That.”
“Pink Venom” is now BLACKPINK’s 11th group music video to surpass 200 million views, following “Lovesick Girls,” “BOOMBAYAH,” “As If It’s Your Last,” “Playing with Fire,” “Whistle,” “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” “Kill This Love,” “STAY,” “How You Like That,” and “Ice Cream.”
Earlier this week, “Pink Venom” became the biggest 24-hour music video debut of 2022, BLACKPINK’s biggest music video debut, and the fastest music video by any female artist in YouTube history to hit the 100 million mark.
Congratulations to BLACKPINK!
