Han Ji Min And Shin Ha Kyun Experience A Sad Yet Beautiful Reunion In Bittersweet "Yonder" Poster
“Yonder” has unveiled its solemn main poster with Han Ji Min and Shin Ha Kyun!
TVING’s original series “Yonder” is based on an original work that revolves around future and virtual reality. It is about a man who lives in agony because he can’t forget his wife who died of cancer. One day, he receives a message from his late wife inviting him to an unknown space and he abandons his body in order to reunite with her. The drama will depict a world where one can live forever without death and make viewers wonder about the meaning of eternal life, death, memory and oblivion, happiness and unhappiness.
Shin Ha Kyun will be playing Jae Hyun, a reporter at Science M who lives an empty life after his wife’s death. Han Ji Min will be taking the role of Jae Hyun’s late wife Yi Hu. She signs a mysterious contract just before choosing euthanasia, which leads her husband to a different world called Yonder.
The main poster features Jae Hyun and Yi Hu’s sad yet beautiful reunion as they simultaneously look close together but far apart. The two appear close enough to touch, but they gaze far beyond one another. While Shin Ha Kyun looks crystal clear, the image of Han Ji Min is more blurred and hazy. However, their hands remain clasped, capturing a loving emotion that is deeper than words. The poster reads “An unknown space where you can meet the person you love.”
Producers of “Yonder” shared, “Please watch over the reunion between Jae Hyun and Yi Hu that unfolds in an unfamiliar and mystical world. This will become a project that surpasses deep emotion and sends out endless questions and messages. You will be able to once again confirm the value of actors Shin Ha Kyun and Han Ji Min who have emotional depth like no other.”
“Yonder” premieres on October 14 and you can check out a teaser here!
