Jo Byeong Gyu, Kang Ki Young, And Jin Sun Kyu In Talks To Star In "The Uncanny Counter" Season 2
Jo Byeong Gyu, Kang Ki Young, and Jin Sun Kyu may be starring in the upcoming season of “The Uncanny Counter”!
On October 11, “The Uncanny Counter” confirmed that although Season 1 aired on OCN, Season 2 was set to return on tvN. Jo Byeong Gyu’s agency also shared that the actor was currently positively reviewing the offer to return for the drama’s upcoming season.
Additionally, the agencies of Kang Ki Young and Jin Sun Kyu confirmed that the stars were reviewing their appearances as new characters in the second season of “The Uncanny Counter.”
Based on a webtoon, “The Uncanny Counter” is about demon hunters called “counters” who disguise themselves as employees of a noodle restaurant and hunt down demons who have come to Earth in pursuit of eternal life. During its run, the 2020 drama made history after recording the highest ratings in OCN history.
The drama’s first season starred Kim Sejeong, Jo Byeong Gyu, Yoo Joon Sang, and Yeom Hye Ran. Kim Sejeong is also in talks to return for Season 2.
