BTS's "Butter" Becomes 2nd Song By K-Pop Artist To Join Spotify's Billions Club
BTS has just hit the 1 billion mark for the second time on Spotify!
Last year, BTS became the first Korean artist ever to join Spotify’s Billions Club when their 2020 hit “Dynamite” surpassed 1 billion streams on the platform, making it the first song by any K-pop artist to reach the milestone.
On October 13 local time, Spotify officially welcomed another song by BTS into its Billions Club: the group’s hit 2021 single “Butter,” which is now the second song by a Korean artist to surpass 1 billion streams on Spotify.
