Watch: "Cheer Up" Cast Keep Their Energy High During Fun And Intense Dance Practice

“Cheer Up” has released a behind-the-scenes look at the intense dance practices for its fun and energetic choreography!

SBS’s “Cheer Up” is a campus mystery rom-com about a college cheer squad whose glory days are long gone and is now on the verge of falling apart. Han Ji Hyun stars as Do Hae Yi, a rookie member of Yonhee University’s cheer squad Theia, who has a cheerful personality despite facing difficult circumstances at home. Bae In Hyuk stars as Theia’s oft-misunderstood captain Park Jung Woo, who is a firm stickler for the rules but is also a romantic at heart.

The video shows clips from the many dance practices the cast attended earlier this year in order to perfect the routines in the drama. While it was certainly a tiring few weeks, the cast kept their energy levels and spirits high as they ran through the intense choreography over and over again.

And between their busy practices, the cast also took the time to celebrate Han Ji Hyun’s and Lee Jung Joon‘s birthdays, presenting them with a cake and flowers. After a short break, it was right back to practicing!
