TXT's Taehyun To Sit Out "Music Bank In Chile" After Testing Positive For COVID-19

TXT’s Taehyun will be sitting out the group’s upcoming performance at “Music Bank in Chile” after being diagnosed with COVID-19.

On November 5, Big Hit Music announced that Taehyun had tested positive for COVID-19 earlier that day after experiencing “mild symptoms” of the virus. As a result, he will be unable to attend next week’s “Music Bank in Chile” on November 12.

The other four members of the group have all tested negative for COVID-19, and they are still scheduled to perform at “Music Bank in Chile” without Taehyun.

Hello.

This is Big Hit Music.

We would like to provide you with some information on TOMORROW X TOGETHER member Taehyun’s COVID-19 confirmation and his activities.

Taehyun underwent a rapid antigen test on Nov. 5 after experiencing mild symptoms and was diagnosed with COVID-19.

None of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER members other than Taehyun are presenting any symptoms, and everyone got negative results from the self-diagnosis test kit they took as a preemptive measure, today.

Therefore, TOMORROW X TOGETHER will be participating [in] “KBS Music Bank in Chile” as 4 members without Taehyun on Saturday, Nov. 12.

The company places the artists’ health as our top priority, and we will do everything we can to aid Taehyun in his speedy recovery. We will also diligently cooperate with the requests and guidelines of the health care authorities.
