November Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from October 6 to November 6.
MBC’s “Home Alone” (“I Live Alone”) continued its reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 6,405,867 for November.
High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “Jun Hyun Moo,” “Honey J,” and “Lee Chanhyuk,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “reveal,” “award,” and “not air.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 80.53 percent positive reactions.
SBS’s “Running Man” rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 5,257,822, marking a 22.27 percent increase in its score since October.
KBS’s “National Singing Contest” took third place for November with a brand reputation index of 4,263,563, marking a 12.74 percent rise in its score since last month.
Finally, JTBC’s “Knowing Bros” (“Ask Us Anything”) and SBS’s “My Little Old Boy” rounded out the top five at fourth and fifth places respectively.
