Former EXO Member Luhan Reported To Have Registered Marriage + Girlfriend's Father Denies Rumors
Former EXO member Luhan and his girlfriend Guan Xiao Tong have been swept up in marriage rumors.
On November 7 local time, various Chinese media outlets reported that after five years of dating, Luhan and Guan Xiao Tong had recently registered their marriage and move`d in together in Beijing. They added that Luhan’s proposal was worth nearly 19.5 billion won (approximately $18,839,300) and that due to COVID-19, the couple had decided to postpone their wedding to next year.
However, Guan Xiao Tong’s father, who is actor Guan Shaozeng, quickly denied these rumors and revealed to Chinese media outlets, “This is fake news that does not make sense.” He continued, “If they are to marry, we will reveal to everyone,” adding that their family would be happy to share the good news if it were true.
Guan Shaozeng also addressed the proposal costs, sharing that he would not ask for such an exorbitant amount for his daughter’s marriage and that the reports were fake news.
In October 2017, Luhan announced on Weibo that he was dating Chinese actress Guan Xiao Tong. The pair met while shooting the sports romance drama “Sweet Combat” and have now been dating for over five years.
