Kim Min Jae And Kim Hyang Gi Gaze At Each Other Longingly In "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2" Poster

Kim Min Jae and Kim Hyang Gi are coming back with a deeper romance!

Based on the novel of the same name, “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist” is a tvN drama starring Kim Min Jae as Yoo Se Poong, a well-known internal medicine doctor who was expelled from the royal court after getting caught up in a conspiracy. In Season 1, he embarked on a mission to become a true doctor who heals the heart after meeting Seo Eun Woo (Kim Hyang Gi) and Gye Ji Han (Kim Sang Kyung) in the strange and beautiful village of Gyesu.

A teaser poster that was released on December 8 captures the heart-fluttering moment between Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo. The two are gazing at each other meaningfully in the middle of a field full of wild flowers. Yoo Se Poong’s tightly clutched fists as well as the subtle distance between them show their feelings of longing and affection for each other.

While Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo do not take their eyes off of each other as if they are trying to convey their feelings, the text that reads, “I will look into your heart first,” adds to the anticipation for the romance between the two.

The production team remarked, “In Season 2, the performances of the Gyesu Clinic doctors who move to Hanyang (the Joseon capital) will be portrayed more dynamically. Along with the new changes, the romance between Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo will also be depicted in greater depth.”
