December Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from November 11 to December 11.
NewJeans topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 5,361,953 for December. High-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis included “Attention,” “YouTube,” and “Best Song,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “advertise,” “record,” and “selected.” The rookie girl group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 83.29 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK took second place for the month with a brand reputation index of 5,106,657.
Red Velvet rose to third place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 3,395,199, marking a 98.10 percent increase in their score since November.
TWICE held onto their spot at fourth place for the fourth consecutive month, while (G)I-DLE rounded out the top five for December.
