The 2022 MBC Music Festival is set to showcase never-before-seen performances!

In addition to performances announced earlier this week by NCT’s Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo of their unreleased track “Can We Go Back,” as well as ATEEZ’s premiere of their new single “HALAZIA,” the 2022 MBC Music Festival has prepared even more exclusive stages!

For the first time on a Korean broadcast, Stray Kids will be performing “CIRCUS,” the title track of their second Japanese mini album that was released this past June. While the Korean version of “CIRCUS” is included as a b-side on Stray Kids’ recent mini album “MAXIDENT,” this will be the group’s first broadcast performance of the track.

After releasing their pre-release English-language single “Boys Like You” in October, ITZY will give a premiere performance of the song later this week! With their uniquely explosive energy, ITZY is sure to fill up the stage.

Additionally, MONSTA X will perform “You Problem” for the first time on a Korean broadcast. The song was released last December as the title track of MONSTA X’s second U.S. studio album “The Dreaming,” and the performance will highlight the group’s powerful choreography and soft vocals.

The 2022 MBC Music Festival will take place on December 31 at 8:40 p.m. KST, and it will be hosted by 2PM’s Lee Junho, Girls’ Generation’s YoonA, and Jang Sung Kyu.

The 2022 MBC Music Festival has announced its second lineup of special stages!

In celebration of 2023 being the Year of the Rabbit, various girl group members born in 1999 will team up for a bright and energetic performance! The members include Oh My Girl’s Arin, Weki Meki’s Choi Yoojung, Choi Ye Na, (G)I-DLE’s Yuqi, and Chuu.

There will also be a special performance from THE BOYZ and ATEEZ who will represent the power and potential of fourth generation boy groups.

Soprano Jo Sumi will perform with Super Junior’s Ryeowook, reuniting years after first collaborating at Jo Sumi’s concert “One Night in Paris” in September 2018.

Hot rookie artists TEMPEST and Kep1er are preparing an exciting performance as “STEMP1er,” which combines their group names and represents the joint synergy they will convey to viewers.

The 2022 MBC Music Festival will take place on December 31 at 8:40 p.m. KST, and it will be hosted by 2PM’s Lee Junho, Girls’ Generation’s YoonA, and Jang Sung Kyu.

The 2022 MBC Music Festival has unveiled its first lineup of special stages!

Earlier this month, the 2022 MBC Music Festival announced its lineup of performers, which will include top artists from all generations gathering for the year-end show under the theme of “With Love.” Now, the anticipation is even higher, with the festival teasing special collaboration and exclusive unit stages that viewers can look forward to.

First, ASTRO’s Moonbin and Sanha will join forces with SF9’s Taeyang and WEi’s Kim Yo Han to form the charming new unit “Last Loves,” who will steal everyone’s hearts on the last day of 2022.

Next, solo artist Younha, whose song “Event Horizon” recently climbed back up the charts, will show off her unique vocals in a collaboration with NCT vocalists Taeil and Haechan. The three powerhouse singers will deliver warmth with their emotional and unforgettable performance.

Rising solo singer Lee Mujin will also grace the stage together with (G)I-DLE’s main vocalist Miyeon. The two are said to be performing a song that received attention for climbing back up the music charts long after its release.

In addition to vocal collaborations, the 2022 MBC Music Festival will also feature special dance performances. Stray Kids’ dance unit “DANCERACHA” consisting of Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Felix will put on a powerful dance performance, while IVE’s Wonyoung and Leeseo will be showing off their perfect chemistry through a special unit stage.
