Cha Tae Hyun Throws A Displeased Look At Jung Yong Hwa In "Brain Works"
KBS has teased the war of nerves between Cha Tae Hyun and Jung Yong Hwa from the upcoming episode of “Brain Works”!
KBS2’s “Brain Works” is a brain science-themed comedy-mystery drama about two men who can’t stand each other but who must work together to solve a crime case involving a rare brain disease. CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa stars as Shin Ha Ru, a brain scientist who possesses a very “extraordinary brain,” having everything except humanity. Cha Tae Hyun plays Geum Myung Se, a very nice and considerate detective with an “altruistic brain.”
In the newly released stills, Shin Ha Ru goes to the media briefing with a determined expression as Geum Myung Se looks at him from a distance. Shin Ha Ru is dressed in black and responds to the reporters’ questions with a confident yet prudent expression. On the other hand, Geum Myung Se, whose face is full of unknown scars, looks at Shin Ha Ru uneasily. Viewers are curious to find out what Shin Ha Ru said to the reporters and why Geum Myung Se’s face is wounded.
The production team remarked, “This is a scene where Geum Myung Se thinks twice about the character Shin Ha Ru and where Shin Ha Ru’s cool-headed side as a brain scientist stands out. Please look forward to episode 2 of ‘Brain Works’ [which will air] on January 3 where a shocking twist and unpredictable narrative will unfold.”
Episode 2 of “Brain Works” will be broadcast on January 3 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
