Cho Seung Woo Is A Free-Spirited Pianist-Turned-Lawyer In Upcoming Drama
JTBC has dropped the first still images of Cho Seung Woo in his upcoming drama!
Based on the hit webtoon of the same name, “Sacred Divorce” (literal title) will tell the story of a talented divorce lawyer punnily named Shin Sung Han (the word “shinsunghan” means “sacred” in Korean). The drama adaptation will be penned by Yoo Young Ah, the writer of the popular JTBC drama “Thirty-Nine.”
Cho Seung Woo will play the titular role of Shin Sung Han, a classical pianist who was once a music professor at a university in Germany. However, when he catches wind of some shocking news, he decides to become a lawyer so that he can personally confirm the details himself.
In the stills, Shin Sung Han’s shaggy hair that almost reaches his shoulder suggests his freewheeling personality who is not bound by formalities. His black horn-rimmed glasses create good harmony with his tender smile through which viewers can feel his composure and strength at the same time. Viewers are curious to find out the reason behind Shin Sung Han becoming a lawyer in his mid-30s after giving up his career as a pianist and the final destination he is trying to reach.
“Sacred Divorce” is scheduled to premiere on March 4 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
