BTS, ATEEZ, Stray Kids, NCT 127, NewJeans, ITZY, Nayeon, And LE SSERAFIM Claim Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart
Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on January 21!
BTS’s 2017 mini album “Love Yourself: Her” re-entered the chart at No. 1 following its release on vinyl, marking its 177th non-consecutive week on the chart. “Love Yourself: Her” also topped Billboard’s Vinyl Albums chart this week, in addition to re-entering the Billboard 200 at No. 13.
BTS’s anthology album “Proof” held steady at No. 3 in its 31st week on the World Albums chart, while BTS’s RM’s solo album “Indigo” followed at No. 4 in its sixth week.
After debuting at No. 1 last week, ATEEZ’s new single album “SPIN OFF : FROM THE WITNESS” stayed strong at No. 2 in its second week on the World Albums chart. “SPIN OFF : FROM THE WITNESS” also became ATEEZ’s first album to spend two weeks on the Billboard 200 this week.
Over three months after its initial release, Stray Kids’ latest mini album “MAXIDENT” re-entered the World Albums chart at No. 7 this week, marking its 11th non-consecutive week on the chart.
NCT 127’s latest album “2 Baddies” came in at No. 9 in its 17th consecutive week on the chart, while NewJeans’ debut EP “New Jeans” rose to No. 10 in its 14th week on the chart.
ITZY’s “CHESHIRE” ranked No. 13 in its sixth consecutive week on the chart, followed by TWICE’s Nayeon’s solo debut mini album “IM NAYEON” at No. 14 in its 18th week.
Finally, LE SSERAFIM’s latest mini album “ANTIFRAGILE” re-entered the chart at No. 15, marking its 11th non-consecutive week on the chart.
