January Individual Idol Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual idols!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 1,590 idols, using big data collected from December 24, 2022 to January 24, 2023.
BTS’s Jimin topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 4,607,152. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “VIBE,” “Paris Fashion Week,” and “BIGBANG’s Taeyang,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “collaborate,” “participate,” and “record.” Jimin’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a high score of 90.76 percent positive reactions.
NewJeans’ Minji took second place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 3,978,087, while BTS’s Jungkook came in at a close third with an index of 3,887,118.
ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo ranked fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,457,094, and NewJeans’ Hanni rounded out the top five with a total score of 2,878,097.
