Im Siwan Tears Chun Woo Hee's Life Apart After Finding Her Phone In "Unlocked"
Im Siwan and Chun Woo Hee’s upcoming film “Unlocked” has unveiled two suspenseful new posters!
“Unlocked” is a new movie about an ordinary woman named Na Mi (played by Chun Woo Hee) whose life is turned upside down when her cell phone falls into the wrong hands.
Im Siwan will star as Jun Young, the dangerous man who gains access to all of Na Mi’s personal information after he finds her lost phone, while Kim Hee Won will play Ji Man, the detective who is chasing him as he investigates a murder.
In the first of two newly released posters, the three leads are captured inside an ominously cracked phone screen. As the hacked Na Mi looks back in fear, the caption chillingly reads, “Someone is pretending to be you by using your smartphone.”
The second poster features the three main characters in close proximity on the subway, with an anxious-looking Na Mi seemingly unaware that the hacker who has been terrorizing her is standing right next to her. Notably, both Ji Man and Na Mi are using their phones, emphasizing just how vital of a role our phones play in our everyday lives—and how dangerous it could be if they fell into the hands of a criminal.
“Unlocked” will premiere on February 17 via Netflix.
