TWICE Earns 2nd Entry On Billboard's Hot 100 With 'MOONLIGHT SUNRISE' + Becomes 4th K-Pop Group To Chart Multiple Songs

TWICE’s new pre-release track has made its debut on Billboard’s Hot 100!

On January 30 (local time), Billboard announced the debuts on this week’s Hot 100 chart, its weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States. Entering the chart at No. 84 was TWICE’s “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE,” their new pre-release English single off their upcoming mini album “Our Youth” which will drop later this year.

“MOONLIGHT SUNRISE” is now TWICE’s second song to debut on the Hot 100, following the group’s first-ever English single “The Feels” which entered the chart in October 2021 at No. 83.

This achievement also makes TWICE the fourth K-pop group in history to chart on the Hot 100 with more than song, following BTS, BLACKPINK, and NewJeans.

Additionally, “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE” has debuted at No. 3 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart, surpassing “The Feels” (at No. 5) to become the group’s highest-ranking track. Bested only by BLACKPINK’s “How You Like That” and “Ice Cream” (with Selena Gomez), TWICE’s “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE” is now only one of three songs by a K-pop girl group to make the top 3 of this chart.

Earlier this day, it was announced that TWICE would attend the 2023 Billboard Women in Music ceremony in March to receive the Breakthrough Award.

Congratulations to TWICE on this incredible achievement!
