TVXQ's Changmin To Host MBC's Upcoming Idol Audition Show "Fantasy Boys"
TVXQ’s Changmin will be the MC for “Fantasy Boys”!
On January 31, a source from “Fantasy Boys” shared that Changmin has been confirmed as the sole MC for MBC’s upcoming boy group audition program “Fantasy Boys.”
“Fantasy Boys” is the male version and Season 2 of “My Teen Girl,” an idol audition show that gave rise to the rookie girl group CLASS:y in 2022 and featured aspiring idols battling for the chance to debut in a brand-new girl group.
The source also remarked, “As an artist who represents K-pop, Changmin is regarded as a role model for many idol trainees, and since he is working actively as a global artist, he plans to take on not only the role of MC for ‘Fantasy Boys’ but also the role of a great mentor who will support ‘Fantasy Boys.'”
Unlike Season 1, “Fantasy Boys” has been expanded to a global scale with more than 1,000 applicants aged 14 and older applying from various countries around the world. Earlier in December 2022, the production team unveiled a teaser for the show, raising the anticipation of global K-pop fans.
“Fantasy Boys” is set to premiere in March. Stay tuned for more updates!
