"Strangers Again" Rises Ahead Of Final Week As "The Heavenly Idol" Faces Stiff Competition From "Mister Trot 2"
ENA’s “Strangers Again” is heading into the final week of its run on a boost in viewership!
On February 16, the romantic comedy starring Kang Sora and Jang Seung Jo enjoyed a modest rise in its ratings ahead of its final two episodes. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest broadcast of “Strangers Again” scored an average nationwide rating of 1.5 percent.
Meanwhile, tvN’s new drama “The Heavenly Idol” saw a dip in viewership for its second episode, which aired in an overlapping time slot with the Thursday ratings juggernaut “Mister Trot 2.” After getting off to a strong start of 3.1 percent the night before, the new webtoon adaptation starring Kim Min Kyu and Go Bo Gyeol fell to a nationwide average of 2.0 percent amidst stiff competition from the hit audition show.
