Choi Min Soo And Yeonwoo Join INFINITE's Kim Myung Soo And Choi Jin Hyuk In Upcoming Drama

Choi Min Soo and Yeonwoo have been confirmed for MBC’s upcoming drama starring Kim Myung Soo and Choi Jin Hyuk!

“Numbers: Surveillant of the Forest of Buildings” (literal translation) will be the first Korean drama to shed light on the world of accounting firms and accountants. INFINITE’s Kim Myung Soo will be playing the role of Jang Ho Woo, the first and only high school graduate accountant to join Taeil Accounting Firm, one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Korea. Choi Jin Hyuk will play Han Seung Jo, the only son of Taeil Accounting Firm’s vice president. The drama will highlight Jang Ho Woo’s story of fulfilling the justice he dreams of.

Following the confirmation that INFINITE’s Sungyeol will be starring in the drama together with his bandmate Kim Myung Soo, Choi Min Soo and Yeonwoo are now also confirmed to join the drama.

“Numbers: Surveillant of the Forest of Buildings” will mark Choi Min Soo’s first MBC drama in six years after “Man Who Dies to Live,” which aired in 2017. Choi Min Soo will star as Han Je Kyun, Taeil Accounting Firm’s vice president and the father of Han Seung Jo. Han Je Kyun is a powerful and resourceful figure who holds all the secrets and information of Taeil Accounting Firm. Famous in the company as someone with a strong sense of “noblesse oblige,” Han Je Kyun always emphasizes the ethics and social responsibility of accountants, but is actually the most sensitive to numbers and calculations.

The drama will also be Yeonwoo’s first project since winning Best New Actress at the 2022 MBC Drama Awards last year for “The Golden Spoon.” Yeonwoo is set to star as Jin Yeon Ah, a senior associate at Taeil Accounting Firm. Jin Yeon Ah is a positive-minded, cute, and lovely senior who becomes Jang Ho Woo’s mentor.

“Numbers: Surveillant of the Forest of Buildings” is scheduled to premiere in the first half of this year.
