TXT's 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION' Becomes 4th K-Pop Album In Billboard 200 History To Spend 3 Weeks In Top 10

Three weeks into its release, TXT’s “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” is still going strong in the top 10 of the Billboard 200!

Earlier this month, TXT’s latest mini album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart, achieving the biggest U.S. sales week of any album since Taylor Swift’s “Midnights” entered the chart in November 2022. The following week, the mini album stayed strong at No. 3—making TXT only the second K-pop artist ever to have an album spend two weeks in the top three.

On February 19 local time, Billboard officially announced that “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” was now spending its third consecutive week in the top 10 of the Billboard 200. The mini album charted at No. 10 in its third week after earning 32,000 equivalent album units during the week ending on February 18 (according to Luminate).

Notably, “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” is only the fourth K-pop album ever to spend three weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard 200—and only the third to do so after debuting at No. 1.

The only other albums to chart in the top 10 for three weeks are BTS‘s “Map of the Soul: Persona” and “Map of the Soul: 7” (both of which debuted at No. 1), as well as BLACKPINK‘s “THE ALBUM” (which debuted at No. 2).

Congratulations to TXT on their impressive achievement!
