"Taxi Driver 2" Ratings Climb To New High For 3rd Episode
SBS’s “Taxi Driver 2” is on the rise!
Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, “Taxi Driver” is a drama about a mysterious taxi service that delivers vengeance on behalf of victims who are unable to get justice through the law. After a successful run in 2021, the hit drama starring Lee Je Hoon returned for a second season last week.
On February 24, “Taxi Driver 2” achieved its highest ratings yet for its third episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest broadcast of the series scored an average nationwide rating of 13.2 percent, making it the most-watched Friday-Saturday drama of the night.
“Taxi Driver 2” was also the most-watched program of any kind to air on Friday among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it earned an average rating of 5.4 in the Seoul metropolitan area.
Meanwhile, “Kokdu: Season of Deity,” which airs in the same time slot as “Taxi Driver 2,” kicked off the second half of its run by rising to an average nationwide rating of 2.0 percent.
