'Boys Planet' Tops List Of Most Buzzworthy Non-Drama TV Shows For 4th Week

Mnet’s “Boys Planet” remained the most talked-about show of the week!

For the second consecutive week—and the fourth overall—the idol audition program took No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s list of the non-drama TV shows that generated the most buzz over the past week. The company determines each week’s rankings by analyzing data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media posts about non-drama TV shows that are currently airing or set to air soon.

MBN’s audition show “Fire Trot” rose to No. 2 on the list, while controversial contestant Hwang Young Woong—who dropped out of the program following numerous allegations of dating violence, school bullying, and assault—remained No. 1 on the list of most buzzworthy non-drama TV appearances.

JTBC’s idol survival show “Peak Time” claimed No. 3 on the list of shows, and contestant VANNER—who goes by the name Team 11:00 on the show—stayed strong at No. 6 on the list of most buzzworthy appearances.

tvN’s “Jinny’s Kitchen” came in at No. 4 on the list of buzzworthy shows, with cast members BTS’s V and Choi Woo Shik ranking No. 9 and No. 10 respectively on the list of appearances.

Finally, MBC’s “Home Alone” (“I Live Alone”) rose to No. 5 on this week’s list of shows, while “Three Bold Siblings” star (and former “Produce 101 Season 2” contestant) Lee Yoo Jin took No. 2 on the list of buzzworthy appearances after guesting on the reality program.
