BTS's Jimin Breaks Record For Fastest Song To Top iTunes Charts In 110 Regions With "Set Me Free Pt.2"

Even before his official solo debut, BTS’s Jimin is already making history on the iTunes charts!

On March 17 at 1 p.m. KST, Jimin dropped his pre-release single “Set Me Free Pt.2” off his upcoming solo debut album “FACE.”

Just 10 hours later, “Set Me Free Pt.2” had already shot to No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 110 different regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, Australia, and Finland—making it the fastest song ever to achieve the feat.

The music video for “Set Me Free Pt.2” has also been racking up views at impressive speed: by 10 a.m. KST on March 18, the video had already surpassed 14.2 million views on YouTube.
