Watch: Park Seo Joon And IU Make A Hilarious Bickering Duo In Film "Dream" Teasers
Upcoming film “Dream” has dropped new teasers!
Created by director Lee Byung Hun of “Extreme Job” and “Melo is My Nature,” “Dream” tells the story of a group of people playing soccer for the first time for the Homeless World Cup. Park Seo Joon stars as Yoon Hong Dae, a professional soccer player on disciplinary probation who becomes the coach of the ragtag soccer team, while IU plays producing director Lee So Min who is making a documentary about the team.
On March 21, the film released two posters along with the first official trailers.
The first poster hints at Yoon Hong Dae and Lee So Min’s chemistry as So Min aims her camera at Hong Dae, who does not look very happy. In the second poster, the Homeless World Cup team members Kim Hwan Dong (Kim Jong Soo), Jeon Hyo Bong (Go Chang Suk), Son Bum Soo (Jung Seung Gil), Kim In Sun (Lee Hyun Woo), Jeon Moon Soo (Yang Hyun Min), and Jo Young Jin (Hong Wan Pyo) smile brightly along with Yoon Hong Dae and Lee So Min.
The trailer begins with the exciting atmosphere of a Homeless World Cup match and then goes back to Yoon Hong Dae’s awkward first meeting with the team. Lee So Min is filming the scene but calls, “Cut!” and says, “That was a bit awkward, right?” to which Yoon Hong Dae grumbles, “What kind of documentary has scripted lines?” So Min then responds with a bright smile, “There are also plot twists!”
The teaser then gives a glimpse of the team’s questionable soccer skills, and So Min is heard saying, “You may not know if they are playing soccer or doing taekkyeon (a traditional Korean martial art), but it is true that they are playing soccer.” Hong Dae seems exasperated about the team’s situation as a player runs 30 meters in nine seconds and no one succeeds at shooting the ball into the goal.
