"Boys Planet" Contestant Sung Han Bin's Former Dance Crew Teacher Makes Clarifications Regarding Past Photo

“Boys Planet” contestant Sung Han Bin’s former dance crew teacher has made clarifications regarding a past photo.

Earlier on March 19, a professionally taken photo of Sung Han Bin posing topless with eight female dance crew members for a group profile photo surfaced online, causing groundless rumors to circulate.

On March 22, tutting (style of dance that involves making geometric shapes with the body) dancer Spella made clarifications regarding the photo, confirming that it was a group profile picture for the tutting dance crew that Sung Han Bin was formerly a member of.

Spella stated, “At the time, Sung Han Bin was a fellow dance crew member. The relevant photo was taken for the purpose of the crew’s group profile picture. We wanted to highlight the pearl initial on our faces while simultaneously giving off a pure image, so we wore tank tops that softly revealed our neck and shoulder lines.”

Regarding the formation the photo was taken in, Spella elaborated, “Sung Han Bin was the only male [member], so rather than placing him in the center, we placed him at the side so that he could smoothly blend in. If he were to be the only one wearing a shirt or if he had worn a tank top like us, we thought it might look weirder or stand out even more, so only Sung Han Bin took his top off.”

Sung Han Bin is currently participating on “Boys Planet” as a trainee under STUDIO GL1DE. In the first round of eliminations, Sung Han Bin ranked No. 1 out of the currently remaining 51 contestants.
