Woo Do Hwan And WJSN's Bona Clash Over Their Different Styles Of Revenge In "Joseon Attorney"
Get ready for sparks to fly between Woo Do Hwan and WJSN’s Bona in the upcoming drama “Joseon Attorney” (literal translation)!
“Joseon Attorney” is a new MBC drama starring Woo Do Hwan as Kang Han Soo, an oejibu (an attorney in the Joseon dynasty) who seeks to avenge the death of his parents through a trial. In his journey towards righteous revenge, Kang Han Soo grows as a human being and becomes a true attorney who protects and stands for the people.
Bona will star in the drama as idealistic princess Lee Yeon Joo, who also seeks to avenge her father using the law and who approaches Kang Han Soo in her quest for vengeance.
Meanwhile, VIXX’s Cha Hak Yeon will play Yoo Ji Seon, the Joseon-era equivalent of their city’s mayor, who is shaken by the discovery that his powerful father Yoo Je Se (Chun Ho Jin) is the person responsible for the turmoil within their society.
When it comes to winning a trial, Kang Han Soo is more than willing to resort to any means necessary to make his case. The determined oejibu not only uses his encyclopedic knowledge of the law, but also his cunning and all sorts of tricks to sway the court of law in his favor.
However, the righteous and principled Lee Yeon Joo is displeased by Kang Han Soo’s wily ways. As someone who truly cares for her country and its people, Lee Yeon Joo believes that revenge must have meaning and value—and the two wind up clashing over their wildly different views on the proper way to seek vengeance.
As Lee Yeon Joo’s fiancé, Yoo Ji Seon starts to become wary of Kang Han Soo when the bickering duo grow closer to one another.
