Kim So Eun's And Song Jae Rim's Agencies Deny Dating Rumors
Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim have denied their dating rumors.
Recently, Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim were swept up in dating rumors after they were spotted in Japan together. The two also posted photos of their respective Japan trips on their Instagram accounts, sharing pictures from the same tourist attraction. Furthermore, the bag spotted in Song Jae Rim’s photo was speculated to be Kim So Eun’s bag, adding to the rumors.
On March 26, a representative of Kim So Eun’s agency ASCENDIO shared, “[Kim So Eun’s] dating rumors with Song Jae Rim are not true.”
They continued, “Following the conclusion of KBS2’s ‘Three Bold Siblings,’ Kim So Eun appears to have gone to Japan with staff members. Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim have the same stylist. We are not aware of how Song Jae Rim came [to Japan], but they met coincidentally on-site, and the three went to [Sanrio Puroland] together. Kim So Eun went to Japan with the staff of ‘Three Bold Siblings,’ and she [traveled] for a while with Song Jae Rim, who is acquainted with the stylist, because their schedules worked out.”
A source from Song Jae Rim’s agency Saram Entertainment similarly stated, “The dating rumors are not true. The timing of their vacations overlapped by chance, so they only just met [in Japan]. It was a trip accompanied by their close stylist staff.” They added that the two actors are just friends.

Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim previously starred on the MBC variety program “We Got Married 4” in 2015. The two actors also starred as an on-screen couple in SBS’s “Our Gap Soon” in 2016.
