TXT's 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION' Remains This Year's Best-Selling Album In U.S. + Spends 8th Week On Billboard 200

TXT’s “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” continues its reign as the top-selling album in the United States in 2023!

Back when it was first released two months ago, TXT’s latest mini album “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, achieving the biggest U.S. sales week of any K-pop album since BTS’s “Proof.”

Now, two months later, TXT’s chart-topping EP remains the No. 1 best-selling album of this year in the United States. “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” has sold more copies than any other album in the country so far in 2023 (including all albums, not just albums released in 2023), with Taylor Swift’s 2022 album “Midnights” currently in second place.

Additionally, “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” has been holding steady on the Billboard 200, where it is currently ranked No. 63 in its eighth consecutive week on the chart.

The mini album also held onto its spot at No. 2 on the World Albums chart this week, in addition to sweeping the No. 6 spot on both the Top Album Sales chart and the Top Current Album Sales chart.

Finally, TXT climbed back up Billboard’s Artist 100 this week, rising to No. 30 in their 42nd overall week on the chart.

Congratulations to TXT!
