CLC's Yeeun Talks About Her Solo Debut + The Secret To Her Powerful Stage Presence

In a recent interview and pictorial for Dazed Korea magazine, CLC’s Yeeun spoke about her solo debut!

The singer posed for the magazine’s 2023 special edition while modeling a variety of bold and colorful makeup looks, all of which she pulled off with ease.

Yeeun, who made her debut with CLC eight years ago, is known for her impressive stage presence and dancing skills.

When asked about the secret to her amazing performances, she replied, “I think half of it comes from my genes—I don’t get shy or embarrassed easily on stage—and the other half comes from the courage I’ve developed through practice over the years.”

Last week, Yeeun made her highly-anticipated solo debut with the new digital single “Strange Way To Love.” Notably, the singer personally co-wrote the lyrics for the song, which puts her charming vocal tone on full display.

Describing the significance of the lyrics, Yeeun remarked, “I wrote down some of the emotions I wanted to convey to my beloved fans.”
