Watch: "Boys Planet" Unveils 1st Artist Battle Performances + Partial Rankings Of Ongoing Global Vote

The third mission has begun on “Boys Planet”!

On the March 30 broadcast of Mnet’s audition program “Boys Planet,” the 28 remaining trainees held a guerrilla showcase for their new songs ahead of their official Artist Battle mission.

The Star Creators for this guerrilla showcase were announced to be the family members and acquaintances of the trainees. With such important people in the audience, the contestants were pranked into believing that this showcase was a midway check-in with their families as the judges. After, they were given performance evaluations written by their families that actually turned out to be heartfelt letters.

Later on in this week’s broadcast were two performances of original songs from the Artist Battle mission.

NINETYSIX – “SuperCharger”

Members: Haruto (1st place – 852 points), Cha Woong Ki, Seo Won, Wang Zi Hao, Ollie, Takuto

En Butter – “En Garde”

Members: Park Gun Wook, Lee Hoe Taek, Lee Seung Hwan, Kim Gyu Vin (1st place – 748 points), Kum Jun Hyeon, Hiroto

Following the broadcast, “Boys Planet” unveiled a partial look at their ongoing third global vote. With 18 of 28 trainees making it through to the final live broadcast, Park Han Bin, Lee Jeong Hyeon, Kim Gyu Vin, Yoo Seung Eon, and Cha Woong Ki are currently ranked in No. 14 to No. 18, respectively.

Within the current top nine debut lineup, there’s Keita in No. 6 and Ricky in No. 7. The third global vote officially closes on April 7 at 10 a.m. KST and the top 18 rankings will be announced during the next Survivor Announcement Ceremony.
