FIFTY FIFTY Rises To New Peak On Billboard's Hot 100 + Becomes Fastest K-Pop Group To Chart For Multiple Weeks
Rookie girl group FIFTY FIFTY is climbing up the Billboard charts!
Last week, FIFTY FIFTY’s viral hit “Cupid” debuted at No. 100 on Billboard’s Hot 100 (its weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States), making them the fastest K-pop group in history to enter the chart.
On April 4 local time, Billboard revealed that “Cupid” had risen to No. 94 in its second week on the Hot 100, marking a new peak for the song.
FIFTY FIFTY is only the fifth K-pop group in history to spend more than one week on the Hot 100 (following BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE, and NewJeans)—and, at less than five months into their career, the fastest ever to achieve the feat.
“Cupid” also reached new peaks on both Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. chart this week, where it rose to No. 37 and No. 39 respectively. Additionally, the song climbed back up to No. 9 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart.
Congratulations to FIFTY FIFTY on making Billboard history!
