Watch: Kim Woo Bin Risks His Life To Delivery Oxygen In New Teaser And Poster For "Black Knight"

Upcoming drama “Black Knight” has dropped a new teaser and poster!

Based on a webtoon, “Black Knight” takes place in 2071 when pollution has become so severe that people can’t survive without respirators. The series tells the story that unfolds as legendary deliveryman 5-8 (Kim Woo Bin) meets refugee Sa Wol (Kang You Seok), who dreams of becoming a deliveryman because they are the refugees’ only hope, and their struggle against Chun Myung Group, an organization that is eager to rule the world with their vicious cruelty. Song Seung Heon will take on the role of villain Ryu Seok, the only son of Chun Myung Group chairman Ryu Hae Jin, and Esom will be playing Seol Ah, a major of the military intelligence who looks after Sa Wol like family.

The newly released poster depicts deliveryman 5-8 wearing a respirator in a world covered with sand and pollution. His haggard face and sharp gaze are the results of the desertified environment, and the scenery beneath 5-8 depicts mysterious figures chasing after his delivery truck. The text on the poster reads, “A world where oxygen is regulated. The only hope that could destroy the world.”

In the teaser, 5-8 describes what it takes to be a deliveryman. He explains, “We deliver the oxygen and necessities to keep people alive.” As he delivers the oxygen tanks, 5-8 runs into vicious fights and dangerous sandstorms along the way.

5-8 continues, “Deliverymen must be tough. For they must risk their lives to protect their trucks from hunters’ attacks. That is why people dream of becoming deliverymen.”
