Lim Ji Yeon, Kim Sung Oh, And Choi Jae Rim Confirmed To Join Kim Tae Hee In New Drama

Genie TV’s upcoming drama “House With a Yard” (literal title) has confirmed the four leads!

Based on a novel, “House With a Yard” is a suspense thriller that tells a story of a woman married to a doctor with a smart and good-looking son who used to enjoy happiness in her perfect house, starting to have doubts about her happy life and subverting the illusive value of her “happy house with a yard.” Previously in December 2022, Kim Tae Hee was confirmed to star in the drama while Kim Sung Oh and Lim Ji Yeon were in talks.

Kim Tae Hee will play Joo Ran, who starts smelling something strange in her backyard. Joo Ran, who lives in a house with a yard and has a picturesque life envied by everyone, gets disturbed by the strange smell.

Kim Sung Oh will take on the role of Joo Ran’s husband Jae Ho. Jae Ho is a talented doctor and perfectionist who begins to have conflicts with his wife when a strange smell starts to emanate from their backyard.

Lim Ji Yeon will portray Sang Eun, a victim of domestic violence who dreams of escaping from her pitiful reality. Sang Eun, who lives in a shabby rented apartment and endures an unsightly daily life, meets a turning point in her life as she meets Joo Ran by chance.

Choi Jae Rim will play Sang Eun’s husband Yoon Bum, a pharmaceutical company employee who does not hesitate to use violence.
